Small scale ideas for small scale minds. I really wouldn't want to
know anyone who thinks that TV on cell phones is even a mediocre
idea. It is just amazing the quantity of stupid ideas people come up
with to make money. Unfortunately, there are plenty of stupid
customers to pay for the stupid deas.

In Japan they've had TV phones for a while now, and apparently they're quite popular.
