This must explain why Circuit City is trying get back its lost profits by charging absolutely unconscionable rip-off prices for its basic Windows OS computers. Your average HP or Gateway or Acer seems to be selling for $500 more than anywhere else, including online or at Best Buy. It does no good to make people happy about their tv purchase and then make them angry by ripping them off in the computer department...
