Two of the original investors in Netcom Online Communication Services (NETC) have resigned their posts as company directors, reducing the Internet service provider's board to five members.

Netcom announced the departures of Lawrence Lepard and Ofer Nemirovsky late Tuesday. Yet, the company did not indicate why the two men left.

Netcom reportedly has no plans to replace the departing board members.
