Net photo service in the cash picture

Online photography services provider Ofoto has received an endorsement of its business through a $41 million second round of funding from Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Benchmark Capital and the Barksdale Group, among others. Ofoto offers digital and film processing, prints and other services. The company will use the financing to add new products and services, increase its audience, and expand the capacity of its digital photo-processing labs. Index Ventures and the Rosewood Venture Group also participated in the investment.
