Napster preps for voyage to Britain
Roxio's Napster digital music service said Wednesday that it will venture into Europe by the end of summer 2004.
The company is assembling a team in the United Kingdom, but Roxio's vice president of business development will serve initially as general manager of the overseas service. Napster has sold more than 5 million songs since its launch in late October, but management turnover has in part clouded the service's future, analysts say.
