kudos to Munich !
How does that old saying go ??? If the shoe fits ??? In this case , I surmise , The city of Munich has decided that Microsoft's (cyber)"shoe" doesn't fit their needs anymore ... I wish them , and the open source community as well , success in this bold choice ...

Patent pending
If we decided that a program written for public use be deemed as private property, who are we really hurting? Those that wrote the program? No other wise open source should have changed its name to my personal source. Or could it be possible that we would be hurting non open source programs(OS pending), such as Microsoft, who would like to own every program ever written!
Not to mention every company that ever wrote a program that actually works!!!!!!!!
