Don't you mean its ONLY strength?
Ya right. If MS didn't have its "little" monopoly on its OS it would be a second rate, has bin, 2 dollar stock of a delisted company.

But guess what even IBM had its hay day. And MS is having theirs. The only difference is that the Gov had the balls to actually DO something to IBM. Bush and co had MS and Gates by the balls and they let them go. Way to show a spine you brown nosing SoS.

Right up there with Table PCs
How can somebody who is so consistently wrong about what
consumers want (wrong about the Internet, wrong about Tablet
PCs, etc.) still be the world's richest man?

Bill Gates has good and original ideas, but the good ones aren't
original, and the original ones aren't good.

Media PC Never Worked
Bought one - never worked. Plenty of horsepower and memory. Didn't specifically buy it for that feature but it would be really nice if it lived up to its potential.

Gave it to my wife and bought a Mac.

Owned!
Actually, Media Center systems are in fact alot like a mac. OS to tailored to the hardware. If it didn't work then give it to a 9 year old to fix it. It's also like a mac becuase if you plug something into it that the OS isn' ready for it will blow up.
