MSN, Costco offer low-cost Net access
The software giant and wholesale retailer's new service is being sold as a CD-ROM for $35.97 and includes three Puppet masters: Who controls the Net months of Internet access.

Microsoft, DSL.net team on high-speed access
The company invests $15 million in DSL.net and says it will jointly offer a version of MSN aimed at DSL.net's customer base of small and medium-sized businesses.
