A proposition....
If Microsoft were to put primary emohasis on providing the
computer user with the highest quality software, cleanly
designed, cleanly written, cleanly installed, and easily activated,
MS could make the software code public knowledge and still win
the majority of the PC market. By the time anyone could try to
match MS's goods, they would be too far behind the
development cycle to compete.

But when you try to peddle garbage, it's tough keeping the flies
away.
