By the end of that, they will be BEGGING them to allow ANY version (bundled with or without Media Player) to be sold within the EU... This is a completely rediculous lawsuit in the first place...
MS should friggin HAMMER them!!!

- That'd just speed up the adoption of Linux or encourage piracy of Windows and other MS software, both of which Microsoft doesn't want.
