Microsoft releases Works Suite 2002

Microsoft released on Tuesday its Works Suite 2002, which packages six consumer-oriented applications. The collection of Microsoft-created software is made up of Word 2002, Encarta Encyclopedia Standard 2002, Money 2002 Standard, Picture It! Photo 2002, Streets & Trips 2002 and Works 6.0, which includes a spreadsheet, database, calendar and address book. Works Suite 2002 costs $109 and offers a coupon for three months of free Internet service from MSN.
