- In Pro forma response, the United Nations wants to do all the talking and control all activities at U.S. at big brother's expense. In this case "big brother" happened to be Microsoft. Who needs them? They've shown their irrelevance.

- May I ask you to withdraw the previous comment about who needs the UN. I do not maintain that the UN is perfect. However, this discussion is read by people worldwide and will cause serious offence to some by reference to the UN, Geneva Convention, etc. We should try and improve standards and safety because nothing is perfect. The objective of these particular standards is to benefit world trade to our mutual professional benefit.
