Trademarks are only infringed when used in commerce by an unauthorized third party. So you can call your kid Coca-cola, Mars Bar, Xerox and whatever else you want. How about Microsoft? You and your kid couldn't use the name for commercial purposes (with minor exceptions) but when referring to the kid you can do whatever you want.
