Business at the speed of...
Second half of 2007? The way the internet moves by that time people will no longer want to be in social sites. That launch is way too far off.

There ARE sites for this demographic.
The first one that springs to mind is <a class="jive-link-external" href="http://www.families.com" target="_newWindow">http://www.families.com</a> . There's also famoodle and other sites like it, and one could argue that many of the other community sites targeting women (such as ivillage) fall into the same category.

A social network for parents
Check out www.schoolparentnet.com - its a social network for parents and 80+ % of users are moms. So the demographic is indeed being served.
