This is prime example why it is not.

I combed the article for any reference to outsourcing (I even
followed the associated links), and found none.
What story are you commenting on?

In case you didn't bother to read the preceding article, "FBI agents arrested Yung-Hsun "Andy" Lin, 50, at his Montville, N.J., home on Tuesday morning..."

I'd really like to know where you get "outsourcing" from any of this.

Why is it that I keep hearing about youngsters geting time for sabotaging computers, yet Microsoft does it whenever they suspect someone has not paid for their program, yet they never get jail time? Is sabotage not sabotage if done by big money?

Hack and you face a penalty
by wbenton January 12, 2008 8:43 AM PST
When hacking becomes less profitable... the number of hack attempts will drop.

Hopefully this will set a new trend.

Bottom Line: Don't hack...

Especially Big Brother (US Govt) and your employer!
