Juniper Networks, maker of IP routing gear, announced Tuesday that is has hired Robert R. B. Dykes as its new chief financial officer. Dykes succeeds Marcel Gani, who will remain with the company in the role of chief of staff. In his new role, Gani will assist CEO Scott Kriens in driving overall strategy and direction of the company.
Dykes will begin work at Juniper on Jan. 1. He is currently the CFO of electronics manufacturer Flextronics, where he has been for seven years. Prior to Flextronics he was CFO of security company Symantec for nine years.
