Japan Airlines to hook into Boeing's in-flight Net

Connexion by Boeing and Japan Airlines announced on Wednesday that they have signed a service agreement to bring the technology provider's high-speed Internet connectivity service to the airline's 68 long-haul airplanes. Installation of equipment to carry the service will begin in 2004, the companies said. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Connexion by Boeing is the wireless technology unit of aircraft maker Boeing.

Connexion by Boeing made a similar agreement with Singapore Airlines on Tuesday.
