Seriously, wouldn't a system which resticts access to porn lines unless you specifically opt-in be more interesting. After all, if a chasidim doesn't call the porn numbers, then they won't have to pay for the calls. On the other hand, if that same chasid wants to call those numbers, he just doesn't sign up for the list.<br /><br />Personally, I'd imagine that it's a better idea that until a nationwide rule blocking calls to those phone numbers until proof of age is provided to the phone company would be a better idea.
