Storage equipment seller Iomega has agreed to acquire CSCI, a company that sells a service called OfficeScreen that lets small and midsize companies tap into various networking services without having to set them up on their own. The services include virtual private networks for encrypted communications and Secure Sockets Layer for encrypting Web pages.
The networking services are based on products from Juniper Networks. Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.
