These reports have been coming out in floods since Obama got elected, because marcus sachs and the cia want to influence the next administration as they are coming in and 100 days after. http://youtube.com/watch?v=FSUPTZVlkyU they want to artificially ramp up cyber security as a national security agenda on a false pretence. ISPs have been flat-out defying the FCC, so they can't very well go asking them for assistance or protection.
