... if it's killing you, stop doing it. Or at least cut back. It's not like there is someone holding a gun to your head telling you to blog. People get so caught up in technology, and all this social networking nowadays they forget that there is a REAL WORLD right outside their door. One that involves REAL PEOPLE and REAL PROJECTS.

Perhaps it's time to turn off the computer and see what is outside your door.

Last time i heard, Blog is just a daily journal. LIke a diary made for the public. I have never heard people drop dead from writing a diary.
