Only one hour of cell phone calls a day..?

"During a session, participants live at the camp, where they are
denied computer use and allowed only one hour of cell phone calls
a day".

How many hours a day would they spend with making phone calls,
without the therapy? Sounds like they are not only addicted to the
net.
