Just exactly who is to become eligible for this service? Why is the new service to have more features than that available to regular members?

AOL IS GOOD, THEY WORK HARD TO GIVE BEST EXPERIENCE, YET THEY ALSO HAVE MADE SOME TERRIBLE SOFTWARE, POP UP CRAZY, & AGGRESSIVE.
I BELIEVE SOME COMMUNITY SERVICE WITH GENERAL PUBLIC HAS BEEN WAITING LONG TIME. HOPE THIS GIVES AOL MORE MELLOWED OUT VIEW OF INTERNET IN GENERAL. LIVE & LET LIVE EMERGING VIEWPOINT.
