Actually the faster refresh rates a CRT are probably easier on your eyes than the slower ones of an LCD.

Heavy computer use and eyes
What an INCOMPLETE article. What are tese people staring at, flickering CRTs or LCDs, or both? I would think that there is a vast improvement with CVS when using LCDs

computers
well, i want to know how could the scientist draw this conclusion? did they ask the people in the questionnaire how close they sat to the computers? or if a filter was used? or any of those important factors that could have influenced the results. also, i'm wondering were all the people tested of one ethnicity?
