Instant gratification is on the camera's display

As a shareholder of the online service (http://fotoinsight.com) I am highly surprised. I have often heard the ?instant gratification? argument for in store terminals. Unlike with traditional analogue cameras digital camera users already know the picture from the display. Why would they want to prepare a photo book in a store and then wait there for an hour?
