Tip of the Iceberg
While there's some understanding that internally within a company your email & phone records are company property. So, Taking Mr. Moeller's records from HP was within the organizations rights, but placing spyware or a keylogger on the machine of someone outside of Hewlett-Packard is bad business. Page 1 of the article stated "detectives tried to plant software on at least one journalist's computer that would enable messages to be traced."

I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg <a class="jive-link-external" href="http://www.iwantmyess.com/?p=100" target="_newWindow">http://www.iwantmyess.com/?p=100</a>

No surprise, Peter Principle at work!
No surprise!, oh what a tangle web she wove, illegally spending corporate monies to break a wide variety of state and federal laws!

The only cure for this form of cancerous growth of those that deliberately aid and abet illegal activities is to terminate them all with prejudice, and hand over the evidence direect to to the California Attorney General for appropriate felony action as required, and all the trained lawyers involved, in this conspiracy!, should be automatically disbarred as well!

The "Peter Principle" rocks!

If Martha Stewart can be sent to prison...
.. for such a minor matter, how can Patricia Dunn hope to avoid jail time for such sleazy, illegal tactics?

Surprise Surprise ! ! !
Gosh why am I so surprised?!?!

I really hate to say I told you so, but a company that devious, that irresponsible and this malicious could only be hiding another set up it's sleeve. While you are at it, check the shaved and loaded snake eyes on on Capitol Hill.

I am 100% sure accounting practices should be after "connections" next and finally, a glimpse at business practices as it applies to scamming components away from customers for data recapture and pre-emptive obsolecence and forced nonstandard h/w. Did you pay through the nose to get screwed?
