HP opens youth training center in Florida
Servers, notebooks, printers and digital cameras worth about $80,000 have been deployed at the new center, the company said. The center will provide an after-school program for younger children and those up to 18 years old that involves activities such as tutoring and homework help, recreation, and access to computers. It will provide job development services for adults as well. HP has committed $1.4 million to such centers all over the country over three years.
