Isn't that hypocritical?
HBO, a division of Time Warner is making its videos available on the internet while Time Warner Cable...another division of Time Warner...is getting ready to try to make people who download lots of data pay more for their internet service....either the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing or this is hypocrisy in its purest form.
