Umm, isn't that a legitimate business purpose for obtaining a domain name? To reap profits??
Understandably, the methods he was using may be questionable,
"..direct Internet users to Web sites that attempt to download viruses, Trojan horses and spyware to the users' computers.."
but the one paragraph makes it sound like profiting from a domain name is a bad thing.
