While this is good for Google, ultimately organic growth of it's properties is what they should really want.

Look at the domestic deals they've landed and how that turned out- AOL/TW for example. They were the search partner for them, which helped with drawing traffic. But once the contract lapsed, they entered a pricey battle between key net players. Once the contracts with the Chinese companies end, what will stop Baidu from bidding at or capturing those contracts from Google?
