Smaller companies are less concerned about quality as they try to put their products or services out in the market as soon as possible in order to grasp the title of first-mover; whereas bigger companies like Google, Yahoo and Microsoft weight quality the most important. They stagnate to ensure the quality of their products or services, aiming for success in the long-run.

Supplicate yourself to them in exchange for access to their market.

Who cares if Google 'stole' something from China. How many secrets has China stolen from the US over the past 3 decades? Its fair play, as far as I'm concerned.
