Anyone, from the biggest TV network to the most talent-free camera-phone owner, is allowed to post videos to Google's video store.

I live in Germany so now I can't watch the video I posted. Is it a
question of bandwidth? Is it political? What gives?

- Too bad google's algorithms can't put words to pictures - all they have to go on is the metadata the video creators add to the file.
