German outfit says VeriSign abused its position

According to Sabine Dolderer, a director of DENIC, VeriSign has abused its position. DENIC is a company that wants to replace VeriSign as the organization that operates the master database for .net domains. "In some instances, they have abused their dominant position," she said. "I think it's important that there is some competition in that area. Only if there is competition will you see better services for everybody."
