Too bad

This is really too bad. My experience on the retail end of Gamestop has not been great. Some customer service issues plague the local store. I can only hope that these issues are isolated and not indicative of the company as a whole.

That's interesting...

I always perceived EB to be the better of the two stores as far as customer focus is concerned, but this is certainly unexpected.
