GameBoy to go Bluetooth

Wireless products specialist nReach said it will produce a Bluetooth wireless adapter for Nintendo's GameBoy Advance handheld game machine. According to nReach, the device will allow GameBoy Advance owners to join multiplayer games without the need for wires to connect the machines. The device will also allow the GameBoy units to access Internet content sans wires from a Bluetooth-enabled PC, the company said.

Currently, GameBoy Advance units can only link with one other via a special cable. The company expects to have the device on the market in the second quarter of 2002 at a price yet to be announced.
