Adobe Systems has added Ned Barnholt, the former chairman and chief executive of Agilent Technologies, to its board of directors, the company said Thursday.
Barnholt retired from Agilent, a Hewlett-Packard spinoff that makes high-tech instrumentation, in March. He also serves on the boards of eBay and KLA-Tencor. The addition of Barnholt expands Adobe's board to 10 members.
