Former Agilent boss joins Adobe board

Adobe Systems has added Ned Barnholt, the former chairman and chief executive of Agilent Technologies, to its board of directors, the company said Thursday.

Barnholt retired from Agilent, a Hewlett-Packard spinoff that makes high-tech instrumentation, in March. He also serves on the boards of eBay and KLA-Tencor. The addition of Barnholt expands Adobe's board to 10 members.
