Former AOL honcho Sacks joins Mforma

Mobile-games publisher Mforma on Tuesday named former AOL Interactive president Jonathan Sacks as its president and chief operating officer. Sacks left AOL in 2002.

Bellevue, Wash.-based Mforma made several other senior position appointments, as well: nGame founder John Brimacombe was named chief strategist; Jim Breslsford, a former Jones Day senior partner, was dubbed general counsel; and PeopleSoft executive Paul Bianchi was named senior vice president of human resources.
