They need to develop what they have going now
I have and use Skype at home for fun. I inevitably will be buying a wireless handset for it. I have heard good things about the handhelds and it may actually be a rival at home for the land line.

However the new WIFI handhelds don't seem to hold any promise. First and ultimately fatally they only connect to truly open wifi networks that dont require interaction on a screen for access like a password or something. Almost EVERY WIFI access point in my city requires a log on for use. This makes the WIFI feature useless to a majority of people.

They need to tighten up and work on releasing skype from the tethered line of the headset to the handheld in the home and office then branch from there.
