Oracle Acquition strategy is too risky
Consolidation/integration of different business application suites is very very risky proposition. Informix died doing it in Database space - They simply couldn't merge the codelines of different database applications they acquired.

Oracle might suffer the same fate.

Only one thing goes in oracle's favour that they are doing in already consolidated market.
