- Treating all staff as slaves , is and will always remain counterproductive, for there is no incentive to be creative, do better than minimum spec, or save money for bad game ideas, proposed by the management. Poor renumeration, strict inflexible timelines, will just lead to only also rans undynamic/unimaginative games.
