No Public Awareness Of Zune
There's very little public awareness of Zune and Apple's iPod is an established icon of this marketing niche. Microsoft needs a substantial marketing campaign to sell this product.

Same with many other services
Same trend with many other windows services especially Windows Live. I am very disappointed that Microsoft does not do aggressive marketing to keep people aware of what is going on. Whoever I meet has no real knowledge of what zune is or what windows live is.
