EMC named David Goulden chief financial officer on Tuesday, replacing Bill Teuber, as part of a broader reorganization in the storage specialist's upper ranks. Goulden had led customer operations for the previous two years; Teuber will continue in his new role as vice chairman, assisting Chief Executive and Chairman Joe Tucci, EMC said Tuesday.
In addition, David Donatelli, who had been executive vice president of storage product operations, will have an expanded role also overseeing backup software and storage virtualization products. And David DeWalt, who had been executive vice president of EMC's software operations, now is president of customer operations and Documentum content management software.
