Who does the math on these games for sales? I remember when the premium price point on PC games went from 39.95 to 49.95 and are now around 54.95. This just plain sucks - and since it crimps my game budget - as my wife only allows me to spend 240.00 a year on games - I have to be really careful on what I buy for that 240 dollars. <sigh>
To be honest , I have more fun playing the old retro games, at least with those you don't need the latest and greatest vid cards to get acceptable frame rates!
Oh well, it all boils down to personal choices and preferences!

- I must say, being an EA gamer, that it's about time thier prices have come down. Just about all of my games are EA Games branded. In the last 2 years, I've been waiting longer and longer to purchase games, not only because of outragous pricing, but after spending $60 for a game, I don't want a game with bugs and glitches in it.

(3 Comments)EA has notoriously rushed just about every game in thier arsenal, and now it is starting to show in the form of people delaying thier purchase of games so that they can be properly patched or the price can come down.
Thanks EA, you make some great games, but the BF series has just been plauged with glitches, exploits etc. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect more.
