Divine buys assets of Northern Light

Enterprise software company Divine said Tuesday that it has acquired content, e-commerce and business search products from Northern Light Technology in a stock deal. The company said it would use Northern Light's assets to boost its own enterprise products. Northern Light Chief Executive Davis Seuss, Chief Technology Officer Marc Krellenstein and senior vice president Robert Nelson will all join Divine as senior executives. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
