What do you expect?
What do you expect?, from the lowest tender bids, and corporate greed of profits first!, and customer service last!

Testing
I would expect that if they have a UL or ETL or CSA (Canada) sticker that they have been tested and not result in overheating.

As far as I know these were tested.

The problem lies with the people that protect consumers from this stuff and not necessarily in agressive pricing.
