Deltek, an enterprise management software developer that serves project-focused organizations, is expected to announce Monday that it has acquired Welcom. The acquisition is designed to bring project portfolio management technologies to Deltek's operations.

Deltek's technology, which focuses on such areas as project-oriented enterprise resource planning, or ERP, and customer relationship management, or CRM, will be adding Welcom's Cobra and Open Plan products to its offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
