Although running these Bikes cheap but the Power Stations are Polluting
Although running these Bikes cheap but the Power Stations are still Polluting the environment. But if the Fuels in the Power Stations are changed to Water which produces HHO derived from electrolysis of Water to produce Electricity then it will be pollution free for the environment and the Electricity tariff could be further reduced. So all these bikes could be de facto running on Water & Lead only

Are we being punked ?
Some people are so ignorant that they actualy believe your proposed perpetual electricity process.

I hope these idiots go to this wikipedia link and educate themselves.

Are you insane?
Where does this magical energy come from? Think about it for just half a second and you will realise you are wrong.

China is driving up the price
of everything else (steel, copper, coal, uranium ect, ect.) why should lead be any different? BTW, battery run mopeds are not novel.

They may not be novel, but they're wise
I'm a big believer in small electric-powered transportation. About 6 months ago I converted a tired old scooter to run on lithium batteries. Now it weighs 37 pounds instead of 50, has 7 miles range, and awesome performance. Plus it charges in just an hour. I check it in as luggage almost every time I fly. Very convenient. Recently showed it at the Maker Faire in Austin:

Lithium-powered vehicles are the wave of the future.
