NetManage will announce Monday a repackaging of its Chameleon ATX connectivity product line for corporate intranets.

The company also will announce two all-in-one products in the Chameleon ATX family. ChameleonNFS/X will allow Windows and Macintosh PC users to get information and applications on Unix machines, and Chameleon HostLink will do the same for IBM mainframe (SNA) and mid-range (AS 400) computers.

Willie Tejada, NetManage vice president of corporate marketing, said both products are based on the ActiveX technology from Microsoft and include NetManage's email software. The NFS/X and HostLink products put into a single package software that had been sold separately as components.

ChameleonNFS/X includes all connectivity software needed that is necessary gives intranet users the ability to access information in UNIX applications and on UNIX servers. Due in early October in the United States, its list price is $495, with a promotional price of $375 through September 27.

Chameleon HostLink, formerly called Swift, will be available in mid-October for $299, but a $199 promotional price is in place also until September 27.
