"The bill would end the sale and rental of violent games to minors that depict serious injury that is determined to be especially heinous, atrocious or cruel. It also calls for $1,000 fines for violators and requires violent video games to be labeled."

Video games are already labeled people! That's exactly what the ESRB does, rate games, but irresponsible parents keep buying them anyway. But well, I'm not going to get into that, anyone who is not a politician already knows that video games are not the source of society's problems.

Video Game Legislation
This legislation is rediculous, all of the video games are rated already and there is a punishment just like a rated R movie being sold to a minor. This is all coming out of the sex scene in GTA: San Andreas but yet it was a sex scene with no genitali shown. I mean just breasts in a movie would only make it a rated R movie, but somehow cartoon breasts mean that this is trash and corrupts all who play the game. Anyone who thinks that there needs to be tighter controls on video games is an idiot. If anything the ESRB is alot safer then the Ratings boards for movies.
