All those that voted for it, and of course Bush are now guilty of treason. An impeachable offense, at the least.
I guess the democrats who voted for it, did not get the message last November. The House and Senate leadership did not get the message. Bush, being a power hungry dimwit, obviously didn't get the message that his 1984-like tactics are not welcome in America.
China should seriously consider asking these evil bozos to run that country.
